Letting International was established in 1992 to provide landlords with a property management service that they could rely on and to provide solutions for rented accommodation and temporary housing needs. Over the past 25 years, the business has forged long-lasting partnerships with local authorities in many London boroughs.

We provide a range of services, from procurement and maintenance, through to sourcing and relocation. Always ensuring that both client and tenant satisfaction remains our number one priority. Communication is integral to this process. We make a point of staying in regular contact with all parties with a view to building strong relationships based on trust. Informing them of any issues that may arise, as we understand the importance of resolving issues quickly and effectively.

One of the key things we introduced, which at the time was rare but is now standard among many letting agencies, was guaranteed rents. This means the client hands over the property to the letting agency for a fixed period of time for a guaranteed monthly income. We provide people with peace of mind that their properties are taken care of and there’s regular money coming into their account.
